Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of the ForeAi app (iPhone, Android and Wear OS) and the foreai.co.za website. By downloading or using ForeAi you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

ForeAi is a golf companion — GPS distances, an AI caddie, a swing coach, shot logging and live golf-day scoring. Distances and recommendations are estimates to assist you, not guarantees; always use your own judgement on the course.

ForeAi Pro subscription

• What it is. ForeAi Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually that unlocks the full feature set.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We never see or store your card details.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
• Price shown. The exact price and period are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local currency.
• Free trials / intro offers (if offered) convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends; any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Refund requests are subject to their policies — Apple and Google Play. We can't issue store refunds directly.

Fundraiser

ForeAi is run in support of a charitable cause. Golf-day entry fees and any donations are collected by the organisers via the details shown at the point of payment; the app subscription is a separate product billed by the app stores.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app — no reverse-engineering, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully. You're responsible for the accuracy of any details you enter (name, handicap, scores) during a golf day.

Disclaimers & liability

ForeAi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including reliance on distances or recommendations. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

Your use of ForeAi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here and update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
